What to Expect:
Our initial two visits are evaluations and treatment planning: the first visit is at least 40 minutes. Subsequent visits will usually be shorter.
Integrative Mental Health Treatment
Because I approach patient care from a holistic perspective, I offer integrative mental health treatment, where I provide both medication management and psychotherapy. Many people prefer the integrated treatment method because it saves both time (one visit rather than two) and money (one copay instead of two).
Collaborative Treatment
Your treatment team will be essential partners in your comprehensive wellness plan. I can provide medication management, and will happily coordinate with community therapist counselors and others on your treatment team.
