On Mon June 24^th, 2024, Luminello was upgraded to a new program, Simple Practice; to provide a higher level of services e.g. an app, etc. You should have received a welcome email. After logging in, please make sure that your information is transferred correctly.

Starting on June 24th, you can use the following link to access your portal on Simple Practice:

Please email us if you need to update your demographic, insurance, and credit card info. Now you may directly upload your documents such as your insurance cards to Simple Practice.   If you can update your file before your appointment, you will have more clinical time.
