How to Pay Your Bill

If your credit card on file is up to date, no action is needed. It will be charged automatically. If you need to update it, please let us know, and we’ll send you the correct form to enter your information in the portal.

Monthly Statements

    • Statements are emailed by mid-month only if you have a balance or if your insurance hasn’t fully covered a previous visit.

    • If you need an additional copy, please email the front desk to be connected with our biller.

    • Note: Your statement is not available on Simple Practice.

Auto-Pay System

    • Statements are for your information only.

    • No action is required if your credit card is active in Simple Practice.

    • If you send a check in addition to your automatic payment, you will be charged twice.

Billing Questions

If you have any billing concerns, please follow these steps in order:

    • Review your mailed statements from our biller.

    • Review the explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance, which details your financial responsibility (copayments, deductibles, etc.).

    • Contact your insurance company if you have further questions about your coverage.

    • Call our biller at the phone number listed on your billing statements.

    • Discuss any remaining concerns during your visit with me.
